Saturday, Mar. 23, 2019 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
15 Wing Mess, Moose Jaw

Well, folks, another two years have flown (pardon the pun) by, which means it is time once again for the Moose Jaw Flying Club Recurrency Seminar, and we have a great one lined up this time around.  We have four speakers confirmed, including:

  • Doran Oliver, SOS Avionics, speaking on avionics advances in preventing Loss of Control accidents
  • TWO speakers from NavCanada FSS, with one speaking on Prairie Weather, and the other on procedures at airports where FSS provides airport advisory services ((AAS/RAAS)
  • Wendy Renneberg, Civil Aviation Safety Inspector, Transport Canada, plus possibly a second TC Safety Inspector.  Topic TBA.

In other words, we have a lineup that promises to provide a lot of really pertinent safety information, plus as always coffee, muffins and breakfasty stuff and a great catered lunch included, all for the low, low price of $30.

Details:

Date:  Saturday, Mar. 23

Time:  Program 0900-1200, lunch to follow

Location:  15 Wing Mess, Moose Jaw (see attached)

Cost:  $30

As always, no, you can't fly in to 15 Wing (that would be nice, but not going to happen!), but we can arrange rides from the Moose Jaw Municipal.

Get this on your calendars now, and we will see you March 23.  I will send out reminders closer to the date as well.

Please RSVP to cfudu@hotmail.com if you plan to attend.
